Eccleshall residents asked to help track Covid in our area

Thursday October 29, 2020

Staffordshire County Council reported that Staffordshire has seen an increase in coronavirus cases over the past few weeks, and ’we all need to do everything we can to stop the virus in its tracks’.

One of the ways they want to do this is by finding out how much the virus is circulating in the local community. Saying on their social media page ‘We do this by testing people who aren’t currently showing any symptoms of Covid-19.’

They’re calling on Eccleshall residents to help with this work, by getting tested if you don’t currently have any symptoms. Testing is quick and free, and is taking place on Friday 30th October at:

Eccleshall Community Centre, Shaws Lane, Eccleshall
10am till 1pm – 144 spaces

144 places for each location are available, but must be booked in advance here: https://buff.ly/3kUgtng

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend this testing. You need to book through the national portal at https://buff.ly/2TZHKJk or by calling 119.
